I am an experienced professional specializing in Virtual Executive Assistance, Instructional Design, and Training Coordination. I also hold a Philippine Licensed Teacher qualification.
I am proficient in managing LMS platforms, including Moodle, LearnDash, and Canvas. My technical skills include Articulate Storyline, Canva, Adobe, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. My diverse experience allows me to manage:
Training and Instruction: I work closely with teams to identify skill gaps and determine effective training. I am responsible for LMS administration, creating engaging training content (like lesson plans, modules, quizzes, and assessments) , coordinating all session details, and analyzing feedback to continuously improve training initiatives. I have also developed instructional materials for adult learners.
Executive Administration: I provide high-level administrative support, handling my executives' calendars and travel arrangements. My administrative work includes managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat support , processing payroll , and maintaining financial records, including using QuickBooks.
Content & Design: I use my skills in graphic design to create infographics, flyers, and stickers , and I'm proficient in video editing for interactive lessons. I also manage website content using WordPress.
