1. Performs account/bank/credit card/ payroll reconciliation, transaction categorization and cleanup of transaction description
2. Prepares month end summaries, journal entries and financial statements
3. Accrual adjustments for revenue, fixed assets, liabilities, prepaid expenses, maintain AP/AR ledgers
4. Execute accounting duties on time and train future tea
5. Handles more complex and/or high priority portfolio of clients
6. Works ATM, LATM and Controller/ Manager to ensure both the client KPIs and SLAs are monitored, met and continuously improved upon
7. Mentors, coaches tea
8. Manages relationships to internal external stakeholders, on both local and global levels
9. Onboarding new clients and getting accounting systems set up
10. Maintaining cloud-based accounting systems to keep client’s day-to-day operations running smoothly
11. Preparing reconciliation schedules, such as prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities/expenses, deferred revenue
12. Managing multiple client engagements, ensuring clients’ monthly financial packages are delivered timely, accurately, and well-presented
13. Preparing tax filings related to 1040s/W2s/1099s/3921s
14. Assessing client’s financial/accounting processes, proposing improvements, and managing the implementation of those improvements
15. Managing client’s inbox to review and manage ad-hoc requests/inquiries
16. Working with clients' other external parties, such as auditors and tax advisors to provide necessary support during auditing and year-end tax filing
17. Working with other service lines in developing an integrated service package
