The accounting tools that I have used ever since were Appfolio, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Active One System(Manufacturing System). And I am proud to say that whatever accounting tool that is, I can learn it right away with just a little assistance to none.

I am recently employed as an accounting specialist for a shipping company based in California since early 2023. I was employed as a virtual assistant with Appfolio as the main platform for a Real Estate Company based in Georgia, USA.

While working as a virtual accountant, I worked as a junior officer at a bank here in the Philippines during the pandemic. I also had experience as a professor teaching cost accounting and financial accounting at a university here in the Philippines. I was hired just a few days right after passing the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination. In December 2018, I became a certified Microsoft Specialist in PowerPoint, garnering a perfect score.

Before passing CPALE, I was a working student and an accounting staff member of a manufacturing company. I was involved in voluminous invoices(cash and credit), sales orders, and other documents that I had processed for the weekly sales reports and monthly sales reports.

Above all these qualifications, the most important quality that I think is important in any work one may be employed in is being adaptable while being smart. What do I mean by this? This means that an employee should be willing to learn and unlearn every day to be able to give better value to the company. Smart because it has to be quick to adapt to whatever environment one is in.

And I am proud to say that I am an ADAPTABLE and SMART Certified Public Accountant.
