I’m a Data Analyst with experience driving business and product decisions through data, currently expanding into marketing analytics and modern data stack development.
I’ve worked across compliance, product, and operations analytics—partnering with stakeholders to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. My work has directly contributed to improving engagement, operational efficiency, and decision-making across teams.
At Intellect, I developed a Provider GPA scorecard used to track performance across 300+ providers, and conducted statistical analysis that identified measurable improvements in mental health outcomes, helping guide targeted engagement strategies. I’ve also built chat performance metrics that improved SLA compliance and supported operational monitoring.
In my current role at American Express, I work with large-scale datasets using SQL and Python, performing data quality checks, anomaly detection, and building dashboards to support compliance risk identification.
Alongside this, I support a real estate analytics workflow where I automate data extraction and reporting processes—reducing turnaround time from 2 days to 2 hours.
