Project Manager

I am doing mockups and working with Eloqua for bi-monthly newsletters of the company. I am working with the team for content creation and graphic designs related to monthly campaigns.

I have various experiences in Project Management. The most recent is in an Insurance Broker Industry and Publication Industry. In Publication Industry, I worked as a freelance Project Manager for US Based Clients and I make sure that we meet the timeline agreed with the client by monitoring the workflow and making sure that each step is being complied. I am overlooking different platform experts and doing quality check of their works. In an Insurance Broker Industry I am liaising with internal and external stakeholders and lead the kickoff call to align with the client requirements and expectations , also I am liaising with external vendors making sure that the websites and other online pages are delivered as instructed and are working properly as expected.

I am doing technical support using Kentico and make sure that all reported website issues are being investigated and resolved as soon as possible. I am also managing website and video and webinar rsvp pages using Cvent and Splashthat.

Aside to my own company email, I am managing shared mailbox and make sure I have responded all inquiries categorised under my name.

I am working for webinar and workshop events and I am doing a dashboard with analytics. Presenting the RSVP vs Attendance of the events by Market and by Company.

I attended and got my certification but I have not applied this skills to any corporate employment. I know that through the training, I can contribute to the company and develop more while working real time on this platform
