I have hands-on experience in lead generation and deal support using tools like PropStream and Zillow. I source and filter properties based on specific investment criteria, focusing on high-potential opportunities such as distressed, high-equity, and absentee-owned properties. I make sure all leads are properly organized and tracked in Google Sheets, keeping data clean, updated, and easy to manage.

In addition to acquisitions, I support rental property operations. I coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and issues are handled promptly. This includes scheduling maintenance, managing cleaners, and tracking ongoing tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
I am detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple workflows at once. I understand the importance of consistency in follow-ups, accurate data tracking, and clear communication in real estate operations.
