Profile Description

I graduated bachelor science of nursing , I have three years experienced working in New York (Nursing aid). I also had an experienced in working as a Call center Representatives and sales Representatives of health insurance. My previous job was a writer/ non voice assistant for 4 consecutive years  (Upgrade to see actual info).
I am also a Computer literate, excellent in communication and customer service skills for I have mastered my skills during my experiences as a call center representative and sales representative. I am flexible to work in all hours, I can be able to learn New products or procedures quickly. I can handled customer questions and engaged in customer services. I am fluent in speaking English and good writing skills, I enjoyed chatting via online through face to face or telephone conversation. I can be able to multi-task on regular basis, I am motivated with strong work ethic and extremely reliable.
