Profile Description

A graduate of Bachelor of Science
in Entrepreneurial Management from the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines and have gained experience in administrative support, support the
operations and bookkeeping.Most recently, I worked as
an Administrative Officer II (Job Order Status) at the Department of
Transportation (DOTr) under the Division of Investigation, Security, and Law
Enforcement Staff (ISLES). I was assigned to the Monitoring and Inspection Team
(MIT), where I supported compliance monitoring and operational inspections. My
contract ended in December 2024.
Previously, I served as an
Assistant Manager at Jollibee Foods Corporation, where I managed daily store
operations, crew recruitment and selection (including contractual, scholars,
and agency hires), staff training, and performance monitoring.
Additionally, I worked as a
Project Administrative Assistant at Kitchenco Qatar, where I handled
scheduling, client service requests, petty cash management, and project records
coordination. Apart from these roles, I also have experience as an Accounting
Staff in my previous companies, where I gained valuable knowledge in basic
accounting and bookkeeping.I recently completed a short
course in General Virtual Assistance and Bookkeeping with QuickBooks Online to
enhance my skills and expand my knowledge, allowing me to provide greater value
to the an organization.
