ResponsibilitiesInterview Coordination: Scheduling and confirming candidate interviews across different time zones (often for US, LATAM, or EU shifts).

System Management: Tracking candidate pipelines, updating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and verifying contracts.
Bilingual Support: Conducting screening, interviews, and documentation handling in fluent Spanish and English
