I am an HR professional with 2.5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations based in Baguio City, Philippines. In my most recent role as Human Capital OIC, I led end-to-end recruitment, managed employee relations, implemented HR policies, and introduced mental health and wellness programs in the workplace. I am experienced in handling the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding and offboarding.
