Profile Description

I am an experienced IT professional with over 9 years of diverse experience in application development, technical support, DevOps processes, SharePoint development, and IT operations. I have worked with major organizations including Accenture Inc., Collabera Technologies, RAJ Technologies, and Texas Instruments, contributing to both enterprise-level solutions and support environments.
My core expertise includes deployment automation, environment management, SharePoint customization, version control, and database operations. I’ve been actively involved in providing technical support across multiple environments (production and lower tiers), handling code/configuration deployments, production merge requests, and working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Tortoise Git, MobaXterm, SQL Developer, and Mycellium EDMS.
Earlier in my career, I gained substantial experience in SharePoint development, building and maintaining internal web applications, workflows, and site customization using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML/CSS, and PLSQL. Additionally, I’ve served in various IT support capacities — from system troubleshooting and network configuration to WordPress debugging, server monitoring, and end-user support.
I am highly adaptable and comfortable working in both remote and on-site environments, with a solid foundation in CI/CD pipelines, environmental stability, and cross-functional collaboration.
