I’m a psychology graduate and licensed psychometrician with over 7 years of experience in teaching, student mentoring, human resources, and administrative support. My background allows me to bring both structure and empathy into every role I take on—whether it's guiding students toward academic success, helping teams stay organized, or supporting company operations behind the scenes.
In the classroom, I’ve supported students in their academic and personal development, led mental health outreach, and co-authored a research manual to guide young researchers. In HR and admin settings, I’ve handled end-to-end recruitment, streamlined employee records, and supported daily operations across multiple teams. I’ve also worked extensively with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and online learning platforms.
What drives me is creating supportive systems—whether for learners, coworkers, or clients—and helping people feel both capable and cared for. I’m currently finishing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology and exploring remote opportunities where I can continue making a positive impact.
