I'm an Executive Assistant and Operations Virtual Assistant who supports founders, coaches, and growing online businesses with organized systems, reliable administrative support, and day-to-day operations.

My experience includes calendar management, Zoom event coordination, community management, content publishing, SOP creation, research, and YouTube SEO. As the first Virtual Assistant for a startup coaching business, I coordinated more than 90 live coaching events, managed a 500+ member ---------- community, supported 15 premium clients, and helped migrate learning platforms from Kajabi and Whop to WordPress and ---------- while maintaining a smooth experience for members.

I'm comfortable working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WordPress, ---------- , Kajabi, Whop, Zoom, Notion, Trello, Canva, CapCut, Loom, Ubersuggest, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other productivity tools. I'm also a fast learner and enjoy adapting to new systems and workflows.

I'm available for full-time remote work and can work during US EST, PST, UK GMT, or AU AEST business hours. I'm looking for a long-term opportunity where I can become a dependable part of a team, take ownership of recurring tasks, and contribute to organized and efficient business operations.
