Profile Description

I am a fresh graduate with hands-on IT Support experience gained during my internship at the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). I enjoy solving technical problems, assisting users, and ensuring computers and office systems operate efficiently. In addition to IT support, I build AI-assisted websites and web applications using modern AI development tools to create practical solutions for businesses.

During my internship, I provided technical support by setting up and configuring desktop computers, installing and troubleshooting Windows, installing and configuring software, diagnosing basic hardware issues, assisting users with technical concerns, performing data entry, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily administrative operations. I also worked with Microsoft Office and quickly adapted to different office systems and technologies.

In addition to my internship experience, I have hands-on experience assembling and maintaining PCs, installing and upgrading RAM and storage devices, replacing laptop LCD screens, performing preventive computer maintenance, formatting and reinstalling Windows, installing drivers and applications, and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.

I also develop AI-assisted websites and web applications, from planning and testing to debugging, customization, and deployment, with a focus on creating functional, user-friendly, and business-oriented solutions.
