Hi, I’m
I started my career as a Bookkeeper at Arvin International Marketing, where I managed day-to-day accounting tasks including payables, account reconciliations, and bookkeeping using SAP ERP.
Later, I advanced to Property Accountant at Asia Affinity Property Management Inc., handling the full accounting cycle—from daily transactions and financial reporting to tax filings and audit preparation.
Most recently, I served as Assistant Accounting Manager, where I oversaw the financial operations of multiple commercial properties.
My core responsibilities included:
Monthly and annual financial reports to the Board of Directors
Financial statement preparation
Accounts payable/receivable management
Income and expense tracking
Month-end and year-end closings
Tax compliance and bank reconciliations
Internal and external audit coordination
I also supervised a team of accounting officers and admin staff, collaborating closely with property managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
I'm QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, LOOKUP, IF/SUM formulas, and data analysis). I'm detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
I'm now looking for opportunities where I can contribute my expertise in a remote setup, grow professionally, and support businesses globally with reliable and accurate financial management.
