     1. Operational Assistance: Supports operational team with allocation of vehicle                 and equipment for the successful day-to-day operation.
     2. GPS Monitoring: Using GPS tracking system to monitor vehicles and equipment           for the daily operation.
     3. GPS Reports and Summary: Keep tract records and allocate the vehicles and                 equipment via GPS and generate report for weekly, monthly and yearly                           summary analysis of vehicles and equipment statistics.
     4. System Operation: Updates Amana Plant system time sheet for                                         manpower/equipment rented from respective jobs. Updates the system with all           transactions related to rentals and maintenance done.
     5. Mobilization/Demobilization: Initial documentation for                                                       mobilization/demobilization of any equipment promptly related to projects.
     6. Administrative Skills: Demonstrates good knowledge in the use of computer                 software applications and database management, as well as administrative                   procedures.
     7. Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of all incoming / outgoing                       transactions for rental invoice.
     8. Invoice Processing: Prepare Plant Invoices against the sites on a monthly basis             and coordinates with the site issue an LPO for payment.
     9. Preventive Maintenance: Update preventive maintenance and follow up to                   implement in the workshops across the UAE.

     1. Receive and Inspect Deliveries: Check incoming spare parts for quality and                     quantity against purchase orders.
     2. Store Parts: Organize parts in designated storage areas to ensure easy access               and efficient use of space.
     3. Track Inventory Levels: Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary to             prevent shortages or overstocking.
     4. Regular Audits: Perform regular stock counts and reconcile with inventory                     records to ensure accuracy.
     5. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all spare parts transactions,                         including receipts, issues, and returns.
     6. Update Inventory Systems: Enter data into inventory management systems to               keep track

   11. Assist Internal Consumers: Provide assistance to maintenance teams or other               departments in locating and acquiring the required spare parts.
   12. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the storage area clean, organized, and free from                 hazards.
   13. Optimize Storage: Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space and           facilitate easy access.
   14. Update Management: Inform management of any issues or needs related to                 spare parts inventory.
