My experience was assisting senior and C-level executives. First, I was Executive Assistant to a Bank executive who handled all branches in Makati City, Phils. I assisted her in scheduling her meetings, answered phone calls, booked appointments, coordinated reports from all branch managers within her covered territory. I also organized her files and drafted her correspondences. I stayed in that position for two years. I moved to higher roles with similar Executive Assistant responsibilities. When I was head of Corporate Planning and Corporate Affairs, I was the secretary of the Senior Management Committee. I took down the minutes of their meeting for five years and coordinated with the different departments on the decisions made by the committee to ensure that these decisions are implemented. I also monitored results and outcomes of these decisions. It was also during this role that I did special research projects and wrote proposals for the CEO for possible business opportunities. My most important function in this role was to coordinate the deliverables of all the departments to make sure they are aligned with the yearly plans and budget targets of the company.
