Profile Description

I have 11 years of experience in a BPO company performing data entry analysis, quality audits, Team leadership, and process training. As a data entry analyst, I have intensive expertise in contract management, where I validate and process customer contracts. I also process new contracts and extend and terminate existing contracts. I also have an in-depth knowledge in processing customer payments, creating invoices, and billing for customers. 

I also handle different teams, monitoring the day-to-day individual performances of each tea ---------- mber to ensure metrics are being met. I also conduct one-on-one coaching and mentoring. I also do quality audits to track the quality ratings of each individual. I conduct trainings for the new hires in the team, and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

I love gaining new skills, so I have undergone training for social media management, email marketing, project management, Pinterest marketing, YouTube management, basic web development and design using Wix and Shopify, and Photo editing using Adobe and Canva.
