Im been a Regional Financial Analyst a supervisory position and handled a huge foreign funded projects in the government. Financial Accounting and management has been my expertise.

Ive been a Regional Financial Analyst for 10 years. I headed the finance team in managing billions of funds coming from the WB and ADB to implements projects within the regions.

Technically efficient in identifying variances on accounts. Has the knowledge in recording and classifying Accounts Receivable, as well as monitoring and recording of collections. I am also supervising my cashier who handles the collections from clients. I provide recommendations to my immediate supervisor on the resolutions of long outstanding and overdue receivables, and further draft demand letters and for approval.

In my current job i prepare the payroll as well as the remittance of the mandatory deductions.

As an accountant in my current job i do the monthly bank reconciliation statements in all of our bank accounts and in my first job in a corporation i was their first accountant who was able to do the system bank reconciliation using their accounting system.

In my current job i am responsible in the preparation of the general ledger .

As an accountant i review all the accounts payable that the accounts payable clerk processed. Check the validity of the payables, check completeness of the supporting documents and approves for payment.

In my current job, i am designated as the planning officer. I usually calls for a meeting to all the division heads together with the head of our agency, we discuss their plans, make collaborative discussions and prepare a n annual budget.

Im currently an accountant, i prepare journal entries, general ledger, journals etc., up to preparation of financial statements and financial reporting in the regional office.
