About Me
I'm a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience helping organizations build, manage, and optimize their technology infrastructure. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to wear many hats—from systems and server administration to leading teams and managing complex projects.
What I Do
I specialize in keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently. My technical expertise spans across:
• Infrastructure Management – Systems administration, server administration, and network management that keeps businesses connected and operational
• Database Solutions – Working with MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle to ensure data integrity and performance
• Enterprise Systems – ERP implementation and management, helping organizations streamline their operations.
I also enjoy getting my hands dirty with code when needed—I have working knowledge of PHP, CSS, and JavaScript, which helps me bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
Beyond the Technical
What really drives me is not just managing systems, but managing people and projects. I've led teams through challenging implementations and transformations, and I genuinely enjoy mentoring others and fostering collaborative environments where everyone can grow.
My Approach
I believe technology should serve people, not the other way around. Whether I'm troubleshooting a database issue, planning an ERP rollout, or managing hardware and software resources, I focus on practical solutions that make a real difference to the people using them.
A Little Extra
I'm proud to be Civil Service Eligible (CSE - PPT Professional), which reflects my commitment to public service and professional excellence.
If you're looking for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership skills and a people-first mindset, let's connect! I'm always interested in discussing new opportunities, sharing insights, or simply talking shop about the ever-evolving world of IT.
My edge over the other is not only my skills and experiences but my willingness and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Right now, I am looking for my very first remote job and I intend to have only 1 long term client. If given a chance, I am confident that I can showcase my skills and good work ethics to help my client to their business goals.
