I’m a highly organized and dependable Virtual Assistant with over 8 years of experience in the BPO industry and nearly a year supporting remote clients as a VA. I started my career as a front-line associate and worked my way up to Team Manager, leading teams for global brands such as Expedia, Uber, and YouTube (Google) through top companies like Teleperformance, Sykes Asia, Concentrix, and Cognizant.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, which has helped me develop excellent English skills (both written and verbal) and a client-focused work style. Whether it’s customer support, inbox management, research, or reporting, I get things done with professionalism and attention to detail.
