My expertise span in the Real estate industry . I can wear different hats to help with the day to day real estate operation. From Property Management to listing Coordinator to an Assistant Transaction Coordinator, Marketing and database Management. I also have almost 5 years of experience in Ecommerce industry as an Ecommerce VA, Listing Coordinator, Inventory Management,  Marketing, and Product listing & research.  I've performed quite a bit of product research on ebay, database among client base to seek feedback on sales techniques, follow up methods and quality of after every service, produced weekly call reports for management. Also have 4 years experience in Customer Service, I’ve worked with companies like At&t, sprint and other telco companies in the US handling tasks such as answering email & inbound calls, and I’m well-versed in tools like Dialer, CRM tools & G suite. Encoded accurate and complete customer information into system, resolved service, product and billing issues, generated repeat business from existing customers, answered inquiries relating to account information, products and services, rates and policies, entered and tracked sales orders in the database. Maintained continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions.I can tolerate high volume of workload. I can be very optimistic while at work. And I can deal with stress in a very positive way. I am always amenable with extended work hours in order to generate desired results and meet daily metrics.
