I have 5 years of experience in Real Estate industry as a Listing Coordinator, Assistant Transaction Coordinator,  Marketing, Database  and property Management.  I also have 4 years of experience in Customer Service, I’ve worked with companies like At&t, sprint and other telco companies in the US handling tasks such as answering email & inbound calls, and I’m well-versed in tools like Dialer, CRM tools & G suite. I've performed quite a bit of product research on ebay, database among client base to seek feedback on sales techniques, follow up methods and quality of after every service, produced weekly call reports for management. Encoded accurate and complete customer information into system, resolved service, product and billing issues, generated repeat business from existing customers, answered inquiries relating to account information, products and services, rates and policies, entered and tracked sales orders in the database. Maintained continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions.I can tolerate high volume of workload. I can be very optimistic while at work.
