Hi there! I am a highly motivated professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, executive support, and sales operations. My journey began as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hikinex, where I honed my skills in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and building meaningful connections with Filipino talent.

Recognizing my potential, I swiftly advanced to the role of Executive Recruiter just after my 2nd month in the company.
Here, I continued my exceptional work, this time catering to a US client and interviewing candidates from Canada. The exposure to a diverse range of talents and international clients enhanced my ability to adapt and deliver results.
As a testament to my dedication and efficiency, I got promoted again as an Executive Assistant of the CSO. Here, I proactively worked on calendar management, vendor management, conducting vendor interviews, Teramind, and Bold voice monitoring, and facilitating training classes.

Continuing to climb the ladder, in just three months as an EA, I embraced the role of Associate Business Manager in Sales Operations. This opportunity allowed me to contribute significantly to internal management meetings and engage directly with clients. My responsibilities extended to streamlining sales department processes and ensuring sales reps' productivity and accuracy.

Following this successful tenure, I transitioned to Sales Operations Analyst/TAT Senior Manager collaborating closely with CSO and Directors to devise innovative solutions and improve general processes. My expertise in creating SOPs and diligently monitoring sales data, recruiting process and productivity, and Dynamics information helped optimize operations and elevate performance.

Currently, I am on the lookout for part-time opportunities as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or managerial assistant. Armed with a great attitude, I am confident in my ability to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of any team or organization.
