Profile Description
My most recent employment is with a credentialing and verification company for 9 years. Our function is to verify and validate information from the client such as state/facility licenses, business permits, accreditation/board certification, education, work history, malpractice reports & liability insurance information. We need to check if there are any discrepancies are they are still active. All information is then recorded in our database. We follow strict compliance with NCQA accreditation standards and guidelines. So accuracy and the correctness of the information are top of our priority. I have 8 years of experience with lead generation as well. Data mining and scraping are part of our role. I am proficient with both Salesforce and Jira. I can also generate reports and create dashboards on both tools.
