As an Operations Support Manager, I play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations department. 4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Quality Management:
1. Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures for operations processes.
2. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
4. Provide feedback and guidance to tea
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
1. Collaborate with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies and sourcing methods.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition sources.
4. Coordinate the onboarding process for new operations tea
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
1. Lead and inspire the operations support team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
2. Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
3. Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with other teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to operations support functions.
