Division Manager

Makes decision regarding strategies to take to be able to attain the set goals of the organization on which includes sales, production, improvement, expansion and quality targets. Started as product engineering head and then Quality assurance, Control and Product Enginerring before taking the operational role in the assigned division.

I have been handling quality control, designs inspection and assesses the result of evaluation of my team.

As division manager in charge of my own unit since 2016, I have broad responsibility to analyze and plan in almost every aspect of our operation including financial, leadership, management, planning, control, quality, engineering and logistics.

as a division manager, I also oversee company resource including inventories both for materials and final products to align with the demand and assuring deliveries per requested schedule.

Part of the duty ang group division manager is to plan and execute projects related to the requirement of the organization whether it be an expansion, setup of new product, replacement of old technology/machine and company initiated improvements. The activity involves group identification, planning, coordinating, monitoring and reporting of the progress and outcome/impact of the project.

As in charge of the division, I need to generate the strategic plan to meet the demand of the market, optimizing resources, minimizing cost and preventing unnecessary cost.

As the head of independent division, I head the problem solving activity of our division which includes both product quality and sytem related issues.

As in charge of the division, I review and approve the product pricing and simulates manufacturing cost to ensure profitability to the level acceptance to the organization.

Part of the role as division manager is to optimize the resource whether for indirect staffs such as engineering and quality assurance and direct staffs specifically for manufacturing.
