Analyze business process and recommend best possible solution using Salesforce.
Provide assistance on data management including import, export or migration.
Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet customer's requirements.
Provide real time resolution on any salesforce related concern for chat customers.
Guide users on how to questions using remote access.
