Comfortable building spreadsheet models that go beyond static reporting — lead-conversion tracking, consumption forecasting, and revenue-leak diagnostics, all with live formulas that update as inputs change, not one-time snapshots.

I build working tools, not templates. Formula-driven trackers and scorecards where changing one assumption (a benchmark, a threshold) recalculates every downstream number automatically — used across hospitality, real estate, and property management analysis.

I find the parts of a workflow nobody's documented yet and fix that first. Wrote a manufacturing company's first formal SOPs from scratch in 2016, then applied the same instinct to a resort front desk and, most recently, to a Lean Six Sigma-based audit framework for property management operations.

Designed a consumption-forecasting model for a resort front desk that used historical usage data to time reorders and eliminate recurring supply shortages — the same forecasting logic now underpins the revenue-leak diagnostics I build for property portfolios.

Owned daily financial account reconciliation for a resort front desk, closing out with zero discrepancies before reporting to headquarters — routine, high-accuracy work where small errors compound fast if left unchecked.

Standardized onboarding for new front-desk hires so each one could work independently under pressure within their first weeks, rather than learning ad hoc from whoever was on shift.

Used daily during a year in design engineering (2016-2017) — concept -to-commercialization CAD work for custom tooling. Hasn't been my day-to-day tools since, only for some personal home improvement projects, so treat this as a real but dormant skill, I'd need a short refresh on, not an active one.
