In the past 9 months I have been working as a real estate cold caller which allows me understanding the provided rebuttals and assuring the quality of the call, as well as effectively evaluating costumer interest in order to transmit quality leads to clients. I can call FSBO, expired and do circle prospecting. I am also proficient of using Xencall Dialer, MOJO and Batch Dialer so I'm pretty sure that I can handle any dialer and use it easily. I can also deal with the stressful environment because I'm commercially-aware, I'm patient and I can work under pressure.
