Here’s how I can support your agency:
SERVICING TASKS
• I create and issue Evidence of Insurance (EOI) accurately and on time.
• I download and send Auto ID cards, Declaration (Dec) pages, and other policy documents to requesters promptly.
• I process endorsements and policy change requests by following the agency's processes with high accuracy to ensure all details are correct before submission.
• I review endorsement downloads from carriers to check if what was processed is correct based on source documents, then update internal records following the format set by the agency to avoid discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• I prepare ACORD 35 forms for e-signature and process policy cancellations, ensuring proper documentation and workflow compliance.
• I process real-time payments while maintaining PCI compliance and handle billing-related inquiries.
• I take inbound and make outbound calls to coordinate directly with insureds, banks, mortgage companies, carriers, and underwriters to ensure timely resolution of requests.

QUOTING TASKS
• I review expiring policies, check renewal increases, and if there is a 30% increase in the premium, I flag it to account managers to review changes in risk or coverage for possible remarketing before sending options to the insured to help identify better and more competitive options.
• I prepare preliminary information for new and existing business and export data from Applied Epic, then import it into PL Rater or enter it manually to generate accurate quote rates, ensuring complete and correct submissions.
• For HO3, I gather information using CAD, Redfin, and Zillow, and obtain details directly from customers to build reliable and accurate quotes.
