Assist in tenant screening
Cleaning, Repairs and Maintenance:
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair work
Work closely with cleaners for turnover and unit readiness
Obtain qoutations from vendors and contractors
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage calendars for property inspections, showings, maintenance visits, and access arrangements
Ensure smooth coordination between tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams
Listings & Marketing:
Create, update, and maintain property listings across multiple rental platforms
Support marketing efforts to promote available properties and attract qualified tenants
Accounting Support:
Prepare statements of accounts for owner payouts
Process security deposit reimbursements
Rent and late fees collection and tracking
Assist accounting in resolving disputes related to payments
Maintain accurate tenant and lease records
Assist in reconciliation of invoices and financial records
Systems & Software:
• Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail
• Property Management Systems: Basic familiarity: AppFolio, Experienced: Buildium, Propra, Streamline, Breezeway
• Booking Platforms: Airbnb,
• Accounting Software: Xero & QuickBooks (basic knowledge, trained)
