After college, I worked as a Fraud analyst for a Capital One account in Sitel Philippines. After that I dUpgrade to see actual info to use my college degree and work for Signature Lines Inc, a retail company affiliated with the SM Group of Companies handling all Levi's stores and department stores in all SM malls, I stayed there for 4 years as an Accounting Assistant.Then, I saw an opportunity to work from home, and I grabbed it; I applied as an ESL teacher a very safe way for me to start my work-from-home journey. I got exhausted teaching kids from 2 - 10 years old, so I tried to apply for a US Real Estate VA position. And a starting Agency hired me as a Real Estate cold caller to generate leads for the clients. I was promoted to Team Leader and became an Operations Manager and Onboarding Manager. I have handled, recruited, and trained 15 to 20 Appointment Setters for the Real Estate campaign. I also managed Calltools, Podio, REIsift, Batchleads, and other tools and onboard new clients for the campaign.I also experienced handling direct clients, doing Go-No-Go or deep prospecting, D4D, Skiptracing, Direct Mails, and managing their Podio, campaigns, KPI reports, and Data analytics.
