Profile Description

· Bank reconciliation· Payment allocation· Credit card transactions recording and reconciliations· Accounts Receivable management, including sending statements and follow-up of customers· Ensure accurate and timely processing of Supplier Invoices in Netsuite system· Analyze accounts to identify credits, arrears, and discrepancies.· Manage and prioritize customer expectations, investigating and resolving accounts-related inquiries.· Communicate professionally with customer over email, ensuring clear, concise, and courteous responses.· Reconciliation of Payables, Receivables and Stock Sub-Ledgers· Vendor & customer account creation and maintenance· Record and classify all fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers in accordance with company policies· Assists Manager with weekly cashflow forecast (expected payments, reconciliation)· Assist stakeholders around the business with department budget tracking· Assist in General Journals, Recurring Journals and Depreciation Journals· Budget uploads· Verify and process employee reimbursement claims in Netsuite· Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.· Identify continuous improvement opportunities
