I have enhanced my skills over the past years in art, design, management, customer support, technical support and human relations. Mostly coming from my experience with chat,
I had the opportunity to become a supervisor for the same field managing agents, training them to reach goals and write reports constantly. With this I had the opportunity to use basic MS Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and other tools that may come in handy to make the job easier.
Outside office, I had the chance to express my artistry with companies engagement activities all through out the year which made me do invitations, motif presentation, and announcements through the use of social media. Did photo editing, even videography to make presentations even more inviting with of course, meeting deadlines.
I am definitely a fast learner and I would love to provide those experiences while gaining with new ones.
