Recently, I worked with a client on a temporary basis, where I was tasked with managing inventory and ordering from suppliers like Amazon, Costco, Revival, Walmart, and Royal Supply. My main duties included ensuring the accuracy of inventory sheets, processing orders, and communicating updates to the onsite team via Homebase. I also worked with Shopify, editing product descriptions, uploading images, and adding new items. In my previous role, I was responsible for ensuring the Toast app operated smoothly as an integrated point-of-sale (POS) system.
I regularly used tools like Slack, Todoist, Notion, Gmail, and Google Calendar to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently. I also created SOPs for new tasks and updated documents as needed to facilitate seamless collaboration across teams. Communication with the onsite team was done through Homebase, especially for schedule changes and operational updates.
I work part-time as a CSR and bookkeeper, managing inventory using Excel or Google Sheets. I ensure accurate stock levels and handle incoming and outgoing invoices through QuickBooks. I also check in with stores regularly to help boost sales. I work 2-3 hours a day on HST, which allows me to stay highly focused and efficient during my shifts.

I’m organized, managing schedules and tasks on Google Suite while maintaining up-to-date SOPs and inventory records. I have strong experience with numbers, demonstrated by my ability to manage invoices, track inventory, and monitor financial data. Additionally, I’m experienced in reporting and data organization, consistently creating and maintaining accurate reports for inventory management, sales tracking, and order processing.
