* Event research and analysis
- Analyse top events demand pre, during and post presales to inform decision about puling.
*Ticket Puller and Proxy management
- Prepare, maintain and organize browsers, buying profiles and proxies to pull tickets.
- Pull presale/onsale, spec fill tickets
*Operations
- Immediate listing with high accuracy and initial pricing of new purchases, position it to sell according to demand, seating assignment, etc using ticket POS.
- Cross check marketplaces for mapping issues, flagged, follow up and update.
- Inventory management; troubleshoot and resolved inventory discrepancies.
