Profile Description

I am looking for a job because I've been downgraded to Part Time due to the Corona Virus slowdown. My current employer of 3½ years would be more than happy to vouch for me.

I typically get assigned to the repetitive tasks so you can go ahead and focus on your more important tasks like growing your business. :-)

I provide technical support to the team across the various computer systems such as:
- Vulcan 7 (for Lead Generation),
- InfusionSoft (Email Drips),
- Commissions Inc (CRM/Dialer),
- Top Producer (CRM/Listing Management),
- different MLS Systems (Matrix, Rapattoni, Flex, etc.),
- different Document Management Systems (Dotloop, Skyslope, etc.),
- external sites such as Cole Realty, SendOutCards, etc.
- Social Media Platform tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.

I also communicates with support of Zillow, Trulia, etc. for unusual problems.

I am skilled in the following software applications:
- Adobe Photoshop,
- Cloud Storage (Dropbox, OneDrive, Drive, etc),
- Google / MS Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Word, Excel, Access, etc),
- Word Press, etc.

As a tech savvy computer science graduate, you can name the system and give me access and I'll find out how to use it. Heck, I use to be a Software Design Engineer so I can usually see through how software works on a more technical level.
