From an acquisitions standpoint, I review property details to assess deal potential and manage seller intake for land opportunities. Once a property is under contract, I run the Post Contract Review (PCR), where I double-check property information, flag any risks, and confirm the deal still makes sense to move forward.

I also help keep the pipeline moving by assigning follow-ups, tracking progress, and making sure high-priority leads are being handled quickly and passed to closers when ready. I work closely with the Disposition team as well, making sure they have complete and accurate deal information for a smooth handoff.

On the transaction side, I serve as the main point of contact, coordinating with attorneys to keep closings on track and handling post-closing documentation by organizing and updating everything in Podio.

Overall, I’m very hands-on and detail-oriented, and I take ownership of making sure each deal moves efficiently from lead to close.
