Hi, I’m Kate, and land is my language. With 6 years in land wholesaling and investing, I’ve mastered acquisitions, dispositions, and the full deal cycle.. from turning cold leads into motivated sellers and buyers to closing profitable deals.

I’m the strategist behind the scenes: I create the plan, guide the process, and make sure every deal reaches its full potential. I know how to find the right parcels, analyze opportunities, negotiate smartly, and structure deals that deliver results.

I don’t just move properties, I build relationships. I run comps, handle due diligence, check zoning and access, and coordinate with title companies to keep every transaction smooth. When challenges arise, I solve them with focus, care, and planning.

I also run a startup that provides trained lead specialists, acquisitions pros, and dispo specialists for land investors. I design the systems, teach the processes, and train teams to turn opportunities into closed deals, so investors know they’re getting people who truly understand the land business.

I’m not a “land coach” who overpromises, I’m a strategist you consult to grow your business with practical systems and real experience. I also work directly with land investors, helping them set up systems, build the right team, streamline processes, and navigate the market.
