Profile Description

I am a certified Social Media Manager. I create and implement Social Media Strategies for businesses to help them improve their online presence. I also have experience in doing graphic design in Canva, copywriting, and scheduling posts using different platforms.  

My previous jobs were in the field of Psychology. I worked both in educational and clinical settings for eight years where I was trained to help clients coming from different age groups and deal with their concerns. Through my experiences, I have developed good communication skills, empathy, patience, and understanding. Alongside this, I learned to be flexible and to manage my time to accomplish tasks such as report-writing, event planning, and coordinating. I set appointments and coordinated with other professionals through emails to invite them to our events. I have rich experience in creating content for modules, presentations, correspondence, and pamphlets. I also initiated and maintained a database of our clients and their progress twice a week. Because of these tasks, I have adequate knowledge and experience in using Microsoft and Google applications. 

Outside office hours, I try to broaden my knowledge in other tasks such as photo and video editing. During my free time, I also do creative writing through my personal blog in WordPress. 

I am motivated to finish any tasks given to me using the best of my abilities. I believe in continuous learning and enhancement of my skills and abilities which is why I can say that I am trainable and easy to learn. I am looking forward to being of service to you and helping with your business in whatever way I can.
