Additionally, I have over a year of experience as a team lead supervisor for ePerformax, a global BPO company, where I managed and coached a team of customer service representatives, ensuring quality and performance standards. I have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
