With over 9 years of experience working with BPO companies, I started freelancing in 2021 and have since assisted clients in their businesses, completing tasks promptly and accurately.
As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, I experience working as an Acquisition Officer for a purchase team at a company based in Chicago, IL. Some of my duties include managing emails, sending contracts, and processing amendments for the purchase team.
Later, I transitioned to a role as a Client Care Specialist and Social Media Manager for a home inspection company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, I provided customer service support via email, phone and sms, follow up and scheduled inspection orders in ISN, upsell additional services, assisted clients and realtors with inquiries and concerns, and managed various social media tasks.
I am an expert in providing excellent administrative and customer service support, managing emails and calls, data validation, and solving my clients' concerns efficiently. I can work under pressure and am eager to learn more. Also, I am skilled with WordPress and know basic SEO, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
