I once worked on a cruise ship as a service guest Upgrade to see actual info taught me how to work in a team environment because one of my duty is to coordinate with other departments to address guest concerns. Since I am the first point of contact for guest information, I have to make sure that my communication skills are exceptional not just in speaking English but in writing as well. I had worked as a telephone operator, handled emails, database operation and giving quality services to the guests. Working on a diverse community gave me the opportunity to learn and understand the needs of different people from different places and race. I think this is a once in a lifetime learning that could help me become a good team player whoever I work with . After working on a cruise ship for four contracts, I decided to stay home and worked as an online English as Second Language Tutor. So yes, I am confident enough to execute and perform jobs that requires a strong English influence.
