Profile Description

I have been working with Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, U.A.E. for the past 8 years and 5 months. I am in charge of creating hotel reservations for individual and corporate clients. Part of my duties and responsibilities are taking our guest's personal information and making sure that it is secured as per the hotel policy, arranging meet and greet at the airport, transportation services, visa information and application, securing deposit and advance payment if needed. I am also in charge of the content for current promotions, offer letters and confirmation letters making sure it is in line with the hotel's information. We also communicate with our guest mostly via telephone and email hence I am comfortable and confident to say that I am fluent in speaking and writing in English. I am also in charge of handling guest's complaints and other decision making in regards to hotel reservations. I am also in charge with training and implementation for new policies and procedures. I can work with less supervision and always take pride in the quality of my work. With my vast experience with working in a multi cultural environment, I believe that i can contribute to the position t hat I am applying for. I am looking for a long term and full time job where I can grow professionally.
