Current Employment Status:
Hired Part Time on Dec 2, 2024
I am a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines, a detail-oriented person
that could work on tasks with less supervision, observing the timeliness and
high-quality of work. I am flexible and very dependable with the task given,
and could accomplish activities within the time frame. I got to work with
several foreign clients in my freelancing activities, and was able to handle
different accounting systems. I have an experience in using Xero, Quickbooks
Online, Quickbooks Desktop and Peachtree Accounting System. I am willing-to
learn, and open for new learnings that would hone my knowledge and skills.
In my recent employment, I worked with an accounting firm in Texas, United States,
through a remote set-up. I handle different bookkeeping clients in different
industries.

Quickbooks Desktop.

receivables of clients.

Xero, and Peachtree to QBO.
14. Review of other accounting
firm's financial reports after on-boarding process. Ensuring that the
reports filed to different agencies were tallied with the financial
reports.
15. Recommend tax return amendments

financials of Clients with their own bookkeepers before forwarding it to
tax professionals for tax return preparation.
17. Working closely with tax
professionals for tax return preparation.
Relative to the above, I have an extensive experience in internal auditing that I could
make recommendations to improve processes and internal controls of an
organization. I have an experience also in handling people during my
supervisory position before I switched my career to freelancing. I have
established also a small business in which I experienced full operation from
purchasing to sales to after-sales which broadened my skills and mindset,
becoming an effective risk-taker and decision-maker. Though I laid-low in
managing my business and handed it over to a family member for
management-purposes, I could still observe its going-concern characteristic
which was rooted from a good set-up, process, and accounting information.
Looking
forward to hear from you soon. Thank you!
