I'm an expert in the Medical Billing field. I have been a Part B specialist that caters to all therapy and rehabilitation services for providers in the US, may it be a hospital, nursing home, clinics, or hospice. I am detail oriented when it comes to procedure codes, revenue codes, HCPCS codes and other necessary datain submitting claims and billing insurances. I am well versed with data entry and balancing the ledger for payables. I have extensive experience in advertising, marketing, retail and operations management. I specialize in delivering quality services with respect and dignity for strict deadlines and high expectations from my clients.I have worked with clients in analyzing data and creating an output to realize our expected goal through numbers. I have trained and coached agents to perform and provide quality service to the company I work with. I can meet client's demands in a timely manner and quality results with the level of expertise I posses. I have self discipline and time management skills that are necessary to have served as a Medical biller and Internal Help Desk for years now.I have over 4 years experience in a BPO industry and I also have experiences with Customer Service, Technical Support and meeting client's demands through NPS and surveys.
