Profile Description

I help Australian businesses stay on top of their numbers by keeping their books clean, compliant, and easy to understand - while also supporting the day-to-day financial operations that keep everything running smoothly.

With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance admin, and operations support, I’ve worked closely with service-based and trades businesses handling everything from daily transactions to higher-level financial reporting.

On the day-to-day side, I manage bank and account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and follow-ups on outstanding payments. I also handle payroll processing, including STP reporting, and support BAS and GST preparation to ensure compliance with Australian requirements. I’m comfortable maintaining and cleaning up general ledgers, as well as supporting finance admin and documentation, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

Beyond daily bookkeeping, I also assist with monthly financial reporting, cash flow tracking, and basic budget preparation. I help business owners understand their numbers through clear reports, variance insights, and KPI tracking, so they can make better decisions with confidence.

I have strong hands-on experience using Xero, along with payroll systems, and I’m comfortable working independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. My background also includes supporting operations and improving workflows, which allows me to contribute beyond just bookkeeping tasks.

I’ve worked with Australian small to medium businesses, particularly in trades and service-based industries, and understand the fast-paced, project-based nature of their operations.
