Profile Description

My name is Liza. I am 30 years old and happily married. I have been a Virtual Assistant since 2017. Before I became a Virtual Assistant I had experience working in a BPO company, Spi Global, as a Customer Service Representative that lasted for about 6 months. I had to stop since I needed to continue my Studies so I found another job where they accept Part-time Employees. So, I work as a Barista at Starbucks Philippines and I have stayed there for 2 years, I worked  6 months Part-time then, I shifted to full-time when I finished my degree and I became a supervisor for 7 months. I graduated Bachelor of Arts and Science major in Mass Communication and graduated in the year 2017.

Work Experiences:
Since 2017 I have gained a lot of experience as a Virtual Assistant with different roles; Administrative Manager, Social Media Manager, Operations TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber, Executive / General VA, Bookkeeping, Data Entry / Analyst, and Customer Support / Technical Support. 

Along with all these work experiences, I have gained a lot of skills in different platforms and enhanced my confidence to broaden my knowledge by having a willingness to learn more.
