With almost 7 years of experience in total the BPO industry first I got first experience in local call center more than 3 years. then I jumped into international account got first account in retail account such as taking orders received complain. Then after that I was offered to work in Staffing specialist which I work in credentialing with CNA, RN, LPN, and lastly in healthcare which providing how to process claim.
