Customer Service & Billing Support* Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via voice, chat, and email with 95% satisfaction* Guide customers and service providers (Dashers, Merchants) through real-time app/GPS issues* Process billing adjustments, salary claims, and compensation with no discrepancies* Retain high-risk customers through effective resolution strategies
